Beautiful 5 bedroom villa located in the most exclusive Country Club in the region, only 2 hours away from Bogota, with access to golf courses, restaurant, water sports and other activities. This large villa has stunning views on the lush nature of Anapoima and the Club’s lake, for a full immersion. The villa has several outdoor areas for your group to enjoy special moments together: there is a BBQ area, right by the pool, as well as an outdoor lounge area. By the pool you will find a hammock, to relax day or night. The villa has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and varies bed arrangements, for a total capacity of 16 persons. The house’ kitchen is fully equipped, for the staff to prepare tasty local meals and for you to enjoy a first class experience. 24-hour confirmation policy! As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to confirm within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00. VAT exemption for foreigners: - The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad. - The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12.
