Kowabunga is a great Dauphin Island Beach house with many amenities, including a small, private heated dipping pool, a Game Room, roof-top deck and great Gulf Beach location. No wonder it’s one of our most popular Property Manager!
This pet-friendly Gulf-side elevated beach house sits just one house back from the Gulf, and so it has tremendous views! The rooftop crow’s nest offers a panoramic view of the island. This home also has a small Game Room, which is great for those times that the weather isn’t cooperating! The game room is also the 4th bedroom that has a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed.
This elevated, two-story home has a Master Suite on the first level with a private full bath. There is also a half-bath off the kitchen. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit. $100 pet fee per dog applies.
