Gerani Villa Green or Chloe is a unique holiday Villa maisonette consist of 4 bedrooms, the 1st bedroom located on the 1st floor is coming queen size double bed , air conditioning , furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the magnificent view of the mountains and Aegean sea while there is a private bathroom for this bedroom so we call it master bedroom.
2nd bedroom on the first floor is coming with a large double bed, balcony air conditioning and wardroab while the bathroom is shared with the 3rd bedroom which is coming with 2 single beds, balcony and air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is 4th bedroom with a double bed, veranda and a unique view of the swimming pool and the gardens while beside is the 3rd bathroom.
In the ground floor of our villa there is a living room with a large sofa and a sitting area opposite of the fireplace.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
