Perched high within a prestigious, covetable enclave, the home enjoys the privacy and quietness of bush surrounds. Yet it is only one minute drive or an 8 minute walk from Lornes main cafe and shopping strips. Expanses of floor to ceiling windows offer glorious views of Louttit Bay, the Erskine River estuary and the surrounding trees this is truly where the Otways meet the Southern Ocean.
Nestled into landscaped gardens the home spans four levels. The design offers a thoughtful floor plan that allows for large scale entertaining, as well as quiet relaxation. As to be expected, the property is finished to the highest standard with flawless attention to detail.
Bluestone steps lead to the front entrance and make a grand first impression. This continues inside: the sumptuous, open plan entertaining area is much larger than one would anticipate. The tiled expanse with underfloor heating is punctuated by a Chazelles double-sided fireplace with stone hearth. On one side is the living area with custom built teak joinery and an inviting island of inlaid carpet; on the other a generous dining area and beautiful entertainers kitchen with Stone Italiana bench tops, European appliances and large butlers pantry.
The spectacular covered deck is accessed from the dining area. Complete with built in BBQ with stone top and LPG roof heaters,the blue water vista is at its best out here.
Back inside, a solid teak staircase leads to the upper level with its master bedroom with ensuite and built-in robe, two more generously sized bedrooms both featuring teak joinery, the main bathroom and the laundry. The lower level, which opens to the lawn and fenced gardens, offers a haven for guests with a spacious second living area, 4th and 5th bedroom, main bathroom and separate toilet. There is considerable flexibility for how this level is used with the second living serving as rumpus room, TV, lounge, table tennis and office area (just in case someone actually wants/needs to do some work). The bedrooms also feature queen size tri-bunks allowing for equal function & comfort for couples or children.
Other features of Seredipity include Sonos sound system, reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, pure wool carpets in the accommodation areas, feature lighting, outdoor shower and double carport.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
