Welcome to Brush Creek Pool House! The grand estate pool house and property have undergone a huge renovation (2022) and it looks spectacular! This is the ultimate luxury vacation spot for your family’s time in the mountains of Western North Carolina. In planning & executing the major renovations, our guests’ needs were intensively considered during the designing and decorating of the home. You will have a ton of amenities including a seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, game room, stunning waterfall water feature and much more! Come enjoy & truly experience an amazing estate, only 20 minutes to Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville! You will feel right at home as you enter the grand two-level entryway along with the rustic details and the modern touches. There is plenty of space for all, including a spacious Great room with a large sectional, large screen TV and electric fireplace to take in a game or movie. The Keeping room off the kitchen is lovely with 2 comfortable leather sofas with tons of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, all stainless-steel appliances, including 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a wet bar with ice maker & drink fridge. A custom-built dining table and large island with bar seating is where everyone will want to gather and enjoy a meal. This stunning property offers 8 bedrooms, in the main house, all outfitted with brand new mattresses to ensure a restful sleep, each with their own bathroom. The last 2 King ensuite bedrooms are in the detached Bungalow building near the game room, for a total of 10-bedrooms & 12.5 bathrooms. The game room is huge and has something for everyone, including pool table, ping pong, corn hole, etc. Another refrigerator is out there for your convenience. And last, but certainly not least, are the amazing outdoor spaces! This is going to be the main attraction whether it’s pool season or not. Brush Creek Pool House is perched on over 3 acres of land, with space to explore. Step out onto the covered deck with comfortable seating, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The swimming pool is available seasonally with plenty of lounge chairs available. This is such a relaxing space where you are surrounded by the beautiful greenery the Blue Ridge Mountains provide. When you can’t tear yourself away from the pool area, no problem, there are picnic tables & the massive, covered Pavilion for dining outside, or just hanging out. You will enjoy your time so much that you may not want to leave! Brush Creek Pool House is professionally managed by Property Manager, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 26 - Max Occupancy: 28 - 8 bedrooms in the main house, 2 in the detached building with game room - Swimming pool is open approximately Mid May to Mid September; The pool will be maintained weekly in season and will require time out of the pool following treatment - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - Internet Speed: Download 340 Mbps Upload 10 Mbps - 3 night minimum throughout the year and a 4 night minimum is required for all holidays; 7 night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day - Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
