Carter Creek is the ultimate retreat in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. With a brook flowing across the entire property and a private guest house in the back, it’s the perfect way to impress and accommodate any group. Wake up to the sound of water in your backyard, relax outside in the hot tub, or cross over the small bridge to find a covered area with ping pong and a picnic table. Across the lawn, the firepit is the prime place for mountain stargazing at night, while the grassy area beyond is perfectly suited for sports or yard games.
Inside, Carter Creek welcomes guests with a rustic yet chic interior and plenty of space for everyone. Spread out between five bedrooms in the main house, with the suite out back featuring the game room, another bedroom, and a full bathroom. Every room has its own Smart TV, making it easy to end the day by drifting off to your favorite movie or show.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
