This spacious, lift-accessed apartment is one of the most modern and well-appointed properties in the Nelson Bay area, offering ducted air-conditioning throughout, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, internal laundry facilities, multiple balconies including a private BBQ area, and secure parking for 2 vehicles in the complex’s underground garage.
Each of the 5 comfortable bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and feature built-in robes. A queen bed features in 4 of the bedrooms, with the master bedroom also offering balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower and toilet. Two of the other queen bedrooms also have access to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is ideal for the kids with a bunk bed and a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and a Playstation 3 (BYO games). The main bathroom comes with an enormous bath (please note spa bath out of action, use as bathtub only), glass shower and toilet, and the internal laundry offers a washing machine and dryer.
