Our majestic Villa De Tommaso in beautiful Davenport, Florida is close to several attractions being less than thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.
As one of the crown jewels of our rental properties, this amazing villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is a marvelous property.
Solterra Resort is a magnificent and gated resort community with fantastic amenities including a 5600 square foot clubhouse, a beautiful resort pool complete with waterslide and lazy river to float down and access to poolside cabanas. There is a twenty-four-hour fitness room and gym for all your workout needs, tennis and volleyball courts and a playground and recreational area for kids to enjoy.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
