Beautiful 5 bedrooms house, private pool. Resort with fantastic amenities

Our majestic Villa De Tommaso in beautiful Davenport, Florida is close to several attractions being less than thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course. As one of the crown jewels of our rental properties, this amazing villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is a marvelous property. Solterra Resort is a magnificent and gated resort community with fantastic amenities including a 5600 square foot clubhouse, a beautiful resort pool complete with waterslide and lazy river to float down and access to poolside cabanas. There is a twenty-four-hour fitness room and gym for all your workout needs, tennis and volleyball courts and a playground and recreational area for kids to enjoy. This property has built in air conditioning and central heating, free high-speed WI-FI internet and cable television. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code. Villa De Tommaso has several areas to highlight including your own private pool and hot tub which can be heated for an extra fee. There is also a games room with a foosball table, air hockey table and dartboard The first floor has a total of two bedrooms. The master suite has a queen-size bed as well as a private bathroom. The other bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed as well. The second floor hosts the three additional bedrooms that vary in size and decoration with the one room intended for adults giving our guests a king-sized bed. The other two rooms more suited for our younger guests give them the choice between our Minions theme with a twin bed and bunk bed, and our Mickey theme with two full sized beds. Villa De Tommaso also has access to laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. Other Things to Note: • Security deposit will be charged to the traveler’s credit card (Credit card will be collected by Property Manager for Security Deposit). • Please inquire to your host about extras services that you would like to apply to your stay.
