The Space: Welcome to our two bedroom apartment located in the Viaduct! You can’t find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities, ferry terminal and train station within a short walk from the apartment, as well as the best bars and restaurants. At the northern end of the garden sits The Lumina and our spacious 136 square meter penthouse. It is the perfect base for your next trip to Auckland. Make yourself right at home in our elegant yet comfortable fully furnished apartment, comprising of a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, with an expansive outlook. Enjoy the pool, spa, gym and sauna and keep yourself entertained with Smart TVs and unlimited WiFi. If you’re driving in or hiring a rental car, we have a carpark available in the building’s secure basement. We have all the facilities you need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible: - Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited! - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper - Shampoo, body wash and conditioner - Free swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa on-site The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and seperate shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which you can push together to create another double bed. Both bedrooms as well as the lounge have floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out onto a sun-drenched balcony with views of the garden below and a glimpse of the ocean - great for a cup of coffee in the morning, or to take in the stunning city lights at night. Also in the apartment is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment, carpark as well as the swimming pool, spa, gym and sauna located on the garden level. Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions. Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. We will arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment - please just get in touch with us in advance regarding your ETA. Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf. Optional Housekeeping: Stays longer than 28 days will have complimentary mid-stay housekeeping every two weeks. Please remember to let us know which date you’d prefer the housekeeping to be. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment.
