Located in Riviera de São Lourenço, our house of about 350m2 accommodates up to 9 people with great comfort and leisure options.
We are located in Module 5 in a small gated community of houses with a 24-hour guardhouse and direct access to the beach.
- We provide bed linen and bath towels.
- The beach service provides 1 gazebo with 4 chairs. In the house we have 3 more umbrellas with 8 chairs.
- It is requested that a reliable day laborer be hired to accompany guests during their stay.
- Our street is one of the only dead-end streets in Module 5 and is closed off with a guardhouse.
- There is no child protection screen in the 1st floor suites.
- Small pets allowed, upon request.
Upon arriving at the property, the guest will have access to a large garden with swimming pool and chairs for sunbathing.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- - Visits are not allowed.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - We allow small pets, upon request.
- - We provide bed linen and bath towels.
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas.
- - A security deposit of R$ 2,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
