LIVING & DINING ROOM A highlight of the apartment is certainly the open-plan, light-filled living and dining space — complete with gorgeous high ceilings and traditional cornicing details. Elegant, Parisian doors offer views of the surrounding Haussmannian architecture. In this room you can unwind on the comfortable sapphire blue sofa in front of the TV, or enjoy a relaxing dining with friends and family in the dining area, surrounded by eye-catching bookshelves. A desk and chair here also provides a handy work zone, should you need. KITCHEN A quintessential Parisian kitchen — small but perfectly formed, it offers all the essentials you will need during your stay, complete with sea green tiling. PRINCIPLE BEDROOM With doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, beautiful cornicing details, and a marbled fireplace, this calming bedroom offers a double bed for a restful night’s sleep. SECOND BEDROOM Wooden floors, plenty of light, a feature fireplace and accents of royal blue offer a classic-contemporary bedroom, complete with a comfy King-sized bed. THIRD BEDROOM Ideal for children, this room can sleep up to two children or two adults, with two single beds . A feature fireplace and bookcase complete the minimalist set up. BATHROOM A pared-back bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower, basin and washing machine. There is a separate WC. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is on the third floor of the building, with an elevator for access. Please note there are ongoing renovation works in the apartment below that may be noisy during working hours.
