Looking for a secluded retreat? Well, this beautifully expansive home is the perfect place to get away. Set right on the lake, it’s the perfect retreat for the spring, summer, fall, or winter. Guests can cook up something delicious on the private gas grill, or just gather around the firepit and gaze up at the stars. Follow the sun or the shade on the wrap-around deck where you can’t find a bad view of the lake and the San Juan mountains with plenty of comfortable seating and a fire table. The inside is just as relaxing, with plenty of windows throughout to provide natural light. The living room’s picture windows are a particular highlight, as everyone will love reminiscing at the end of each exciting day with a backdrop of vibrant sunsets. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
