Ideally situated only one mile from the ski lifts at Northstar California Resort, this three-bedroom home is a place for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and mountain bikers to find beautiful scenery and easy relaxation. This single-level home sits one mile north of the Village at Northstar, where you can catch a ride on the Highlands Gondola, the Big Springs Express Gondola, and the Village Express Lift. The Village is also home to several excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, and the pools and hot tubs at the NPOA Recreation Center. Come summertime, you’ll have two kayaks and several beach chairs to bring with you to Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe, an easy eight-mile drive southeast. After a day of adventure, return home to be greeted by decks on both sides of the house, creating a wonderful setting for sipping cold drinks, playing cards all afternoon, and dining alfresco with a view of the woods.
