Turn off hot tub and pool lights when not in use. Please be sure to respect and follow safety signs around the pool area. - Poolside tables and chairs THINGS TO KNOW Beach/pool towels provided. *Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors.
