The vacation apartment is unique and will make your holidays in Rome absolutely special. The house is located a short distance from some of the most important sights, such as the Pantheon, Ara Pacis, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
Fontanella Borghese Terrace is an independent holiday home of 300 m2 in the heart of Rome. Spread over 3 floors, guests have access to 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, 5 baths, a hydromassage mini-pool, a double-sized living room and two comfortable terraces.
The ground level with its large living rooms is reserved as the day area, where you will find sofas, LED full-HD TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is completely furnished with an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a mini gym with indoor bike at your disposal.
A bathroom – with only a bathtub and washing machine – and another guest bathroom – with toilet, bidet and sink – complete this level.
The first floor is reserved as the night area, with lightened oak hardwood floors and three large bedrooms decorated with wooden panels. One bathroom with a bathtub serves these rooms. On the same level, you have access to another double bedroom suspended on an interior balcony with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A common area between the four rooms is furnished with armchairs, which can be used as a studio or a library.
On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom suite with TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The suite has direct access to a private terrace, while from the stairs you have access to a splendid terrace, the house’s gem, which offers a splendid view of the numerous cupolas of the many churches in Rome. It will be even more pleasant coming home after visiting the city, knowing that here awaits you this corner of paradise, where you can relax on a sun bed or enjoy a good dinner out in the open: a complete series of garden furniture decorate the terrace area.
The apartment is furthermore equipped with air conditioning, docking station radio, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is possible to accommodate 10 persons in total, using the five bedrooms.
