The Home
The holiday home Margana Palace is a unique solution for vacation homes in Rome: there are 7 separate bedrooms for up to 16 persons. It is an independent palazzo with an independent entrance from the street level, spread out over three levels and with two entrances to the two apartments, all exclusively for you.
The first apartment is the one on the first floor above ground level and composed of a master bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed for kids, a mezzanine with a double bed, total of 7 people maximum.
The space is completed by 3 bathrooms with showers, a welcoming dining room with a large table, and a kitchen.
A beautiful and ample terrace can be accessed from the kitchen. An outdoor lounge, chairs and dining table are an ideal ambiance to relax all together after a long day of sightseeing in the city.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Extra fees:
- Early check-in (upon availability): 50€
- Late check-in (after 9pm): 35€
- Late check-in (after midnight): 50€
- City tax: 6€/person/night, for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10yrs old excluded.
- No party allowed. No smoking. Pets welcome.
