This coastal cottage is ideal for enjoying everything that Perdido Key, Florida has to offer! The living room is perfect for relaxing, whether you want to kickback in front of the flat screen television, stream using the wireless internet included, read on the screened-in porch, or enjoy a board game with the family at the large dining room table. The Perdido Sunrise villa has a queen-size bed in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a large walk-in closet that is perfect for longer stays, and the en-suite bathroom has a deep tub and separate stand-up shower. There is a queen-size bed in one guest room and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom which share a full sized bathroom between the two. For additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the three bedrooms also have their own televisions. On the first floor, the kitchen has updated countertops and wood cabinets and includes all the cookware, dinnerware, and flatware you need for an extended stay, plus a whisper-quite dishwasher and washer/dryer to make your visit convenient. There is a lot to do and see in this laid-back, small beach community but the most popular attraction is indisputably the azure colored water of the Gulf of Mexico with squeaky-clean white sand beaches just 0.5 mile away. On site at the resort there is an outdoor oasis swimming pool complete with a waterfall cave and a bridge access island Jacuzzi as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. The Purple Parrot Village Resort is close to everything for a picture-perfect resort getaway!
