The view from the pool goes straight to the mountains of the region, with diverse and beautiful flora. The large stone deck surrounding the pool and jacuzzi takes guests on a stroll through the garden’s flowers to the property’s interiors. The gourmet kitchen connects and opens completely onto the balcony that leads to the dining area, with a large wooden table. The upper floor, where two of the suites are located, has a large terrace that provides a panoramic view of all the local flora. The exclusive Mesa de Yeguas Country Club Condominium, in addition to its huge golf courses with high technical specifications, also has areas to enjoy various types of water sports, tennis courts, restaurant, surveillance and 24-hour security. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
