Built on two levels, the villa is a peaceful haven with a lovely air-conditioned living room furnished with sofas and opening onto a breathtaking ocean view. At the back of the house, there is a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen perfect to cook your favorite dishes, around a breakfast bar with three stools. You may enjoy either the ocean trade winds gently blowing through the large openings of the villa, or the comfort of the air conditioning whenever you wish to close the windows.
The large windows open onto the beautiful terrace with a view over the islands of St Kitts, Nevis and St Eustatius. It features a beautiful heated infinity swimming pool as well as sunbathing areas, an idyllic scenery for an unforgettable vacation in St. Barths. Under the covered area, a pleasant outdoor dining room can accommodate up to ten guests in a relaxing environment. A barbecue is at your disposal to grill delicious meals.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
