The “Burning Tree Ranch” is a very private and luxurious mansion located on a secluded 5 wooded acre tract. “The Ranch” is loaded with amenities offering a “Man Cave” with fooseball, a bar, TV and hot tub. Outdoor pool access and fishing pond is offered at Honeysuckle Meadows less than 1/2-mile away. There is a library with books, chess, checkers & backgammon, a full size billiard table and a poker table. Located upstairs is a 15-seat theatre room with an 85-inch TV. Enjoy the movies or a game in your own personal cinema. There are four roomy master suites, two other bedrooms and a bonus room with arcade games (Golden Tee, Silver Strike and Multi-cade). Older folks will be able to relax in the large screened in porch overlooking the rose garden and bird sanctuary. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
