There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.
The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a smart TV. Just off the living area is the first private deck that faces south offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
