Villa Aldene is a spectacular villa, located on the edge of the ocean, only about 20 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. This fabulous location is only walking distance from restaurants and shops, where you can taste some local food, and Spanish wine, if you can drag yourself away from the unbelievable views that the villa has to offer.
Furnished with a relaxed, modern style, the villa has a homely, stress-free atmosphere throughout. There is plenty of space, to find time to yourself, whilst also spending quality time together as a group in the many social living spaces Villa Aldene offers. Inside there is a spacious living room, with comfy furniture that you can collapse in to, read your book or play games together. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
