Villa San Gimignano View is situated in the wonderful countryside of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, barbecue, and a private parking.
Under the porch you will find a delightful veranda, furnished with a dining table for 8 people, a hammock, and a relaxation area (with wicker sofas and armchairs).
Among the outdoor spaces is also a lovely pool (7 x 14 m), open all year round, equipped with parasols, sunbeds and seats.
Within the garden guests can freely use a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop.
Moreover at guests’ disposal a tennis court, located about 500 meters from the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available at the villa; house, garden and pool maintenance; use of the pool, and tennis court.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); exclusive use of the home restaurant with private chef (available only for dinner by reservation). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
