High on the Amalfi Coast, overlooking the sea, this 2-storey house, with its terraces and pergola, gives guests a taste of “la dolce vita”.
The house is reached by a staircase from the street. On the first floor, there is a sunny living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a wooden dining table which seats 4 and a glass door that leads out onto the large terrace.
The first-floor terrace has a shaded pergola with a table and chairs, where guests can dine al fresco. There are two sun loungers for guests to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. Stone steps lead up to the higher terrace which also has sun loungers, a large parasol and a well-tended garden.

Bedroom 1: On the first floor of the house, off the living room, this airy bedroom, with an unusual vaulted ceiling, has a double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: On the second floor, reached via the terrace, this beautiful bedroom has its own balcony with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. There is a double bed, a large chest of drawers, air conditioning and a small fridge.

Location
On the hillside between Amalfi and Positano, the house is ideally located to explore the Amalfi Coast. A path and staircases, with 1,000 steps lead to the coast and Fiordo di Furore, about a 30-minute walk. The beach at Fiordo di Furore is known for the picturesque bridge that spans the cliffs at the fjord’s entry. Just a few meters from the house, on the street, there is a small family-run bar/restaurant.
A trip to the Grotta dello Smeraldo (the Emerald Cave) near Conca dei Marini (21-minute drive), is not to be missed. The cave can be reached by boat or on foot. The village of Conca dei Marini is well worth a visit too. You can even get there by zipline with Zipline Italia (3 minute drive) directly from Furore.
The UNESCO World Heritage site of Pompei is a 1 hour, 5-minute drive from the house. There is also the lesser-known site of Scavi di Stabia (1 hour) with the Villa San Marco, where visitors can see how Romans lived in the 1st Century AD.
Naples international airport is a 1 hour17 minute drive from the house.
