The beauty of this home is that while being close to all that Bend has to offer, you are among the trees and under the stars (especially when in the hot tub!), truly giving you the feeling of being on vacation. Situated among the pines near the Deschutes River, this humble abode is just 10 minutes from the Old Mill District where you’ll find many restaurants and shops to explore and 35 minutes to Mt. Bachelor giving you easy access to the outdoor activities the region has to offer. Bring your hiking boots or snow skis - there is a ton to explore! Just five minutes away is the Lovejoy market if you’d like to stock up on groceries to cook and the MeadowLark restaurant if you’d prefer to eat out.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
