The Home
Marea Boutique Suites is a complex of 5 modern, cozy suites in the heart of the old town of Rethymno, conveniently very close to all possible tourist attractions and amenities. From the blue-flag organized sandy beach to the fine restaurants and taverns to the museums, cafes, shops, and nightlife, all are within a few minutes of walking distance.
Marea Suite ground floor 101 (35 sq.m.) and 102 (32 sq.m.) are on the ground floor while Marea Suite 1st floor 201 (25 sq.m. with balcony), 202 (21 sq.m.) and 203 (20 sq.m.) are on the first floor.
All suites have a satellite TV set, and fast internet WiFi coverage, and are air-conditioned. They have basic kitchenware (espresso coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, toaster, plates, and glasses). Each one has a double bed (that can be turned into two single ones) and a shower.
A rich breakfast is served in the common reception seating area and is included in the room price.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
