Lovely bright apartment situated in Mijas Costa, very close to the beach and with large sunny terrace. Fully equipped, with independent kitchen in a holiday complex with all kind of facilities, children’s playground, tennis court, heating, air conditioning, children’s pool, outdoor parking in the same house, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). High speed wifi.
The house is a great place for family with kids. Good selection of restaurants inside the complex and a small supermarket where you can find fresh local fruit and bread, as well as many other grocery products.
Located in the Costa del Sol only a few minutes from the Mijas Aquapark, the Miramar Commercial Park and the Fuengirola Zoo. 25 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes from Marbella and 5 minutes from the town of Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas. 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
