Take a stroll on the beach just steps from your front door or, with just a 15 minute drive, it is a quick trip to the historic downtown area. No matter the activity, you are sure to enjoy Vista Mar! Beautifully redone with elegant style and taste and comfortably pulled together for a relaxing and soothing effect.
The home is split into two separate units, guests will have access to the entire first floor of the home. The second floor is a separate vacation rental unit. The two may be booked together for larger families traveling together if dates are available. Bedroom one offers a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a large electric skillet....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
