Welcome to this fantastic sea-front beach house in Port Nou, Son Servera. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The terrace by the beach is perfect to enjoy sunrises and sunsets with the whispering of the waves as background music. The house offers another covered and furnished terrace, by the street entrance, to enjoy the good weather.
The fantastic two-story house is characterised by a warm and simple style, with everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the terrace facing the beach, which has a Smart TV and channels in German, English and French. An arch separates this room from the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob. On this floor there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you find the 3 bedrooms with twin beds. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
