The Home
Welcome to this cosy farm in the quiet fields of Ariany. It has capacity for 4 guests and an incredible private pool with beautiful views over the island.
After an entertaining excursion around the island, you can relax and cool off in the beautiful salt water pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.05 to 1.75 meters. The house has a comfortable porch where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there’re neighbours nearby.
This is a one-storey house. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, TV-sat and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with twin beds. The bathroom of the house features a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
