The house features a private, 10 m x 5 m chloring pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m, where you can refresh yourself at any time. It is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower; a nice place for sunbathing. Thanks to the ping-pong table and the pool table you will be able to organize exciting family-tournaments. On the spacious, 100 m2 porch you can relax or make a tasty barbecue in the evening. At the same time, this cottage is the home of two horses. You can visit, but not ride them and they are in an enclosed area. The house owner lives nearby and daily drops by to feed the animals, so you won’t have to care about anything.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
