Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules (if any)
- 3. Allowed events upon request

- 5. We accept small pets, on request.
- 6. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
- 7. Space for 8 cars.
- 8. A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 9. Pay attention to our price policy, it will be very important when making your reservation.
- 10. The amount you will pay and the configuration of the property that will be available will depend on the number of guests in your class and the date.
- Thus, it is essential to enter the number of guests correctly.
- - Up to 10 people – use of 4 suites
- - Up to 15 people – use of 5 suites
- - Up to 20 people – use of 6 suites
- - Up to 25 people – use of 7 suites
- - Up to 30 people – use of 8 suites
- - Up to 34 people – use of 9 suites
- If you book and then there are changes for more guests, please let us know, or if you want to use more room in a smaller number of people, we can analyze that too. Ex: 5 people and 5 suites.
- 13. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
