Our site, located in Serra da Mantiqueira, is above 1,000m altitude and can offer your group the romantic atmosphere and the indescribable view that only the mountain can provide.
Our site is in the south of Minas, close to Pouso Alegre and just 3 hours from São Paulo, in all, there are 350m² of built area amidst the top of a mountain with lots of green and natural beauty. We border the mata da bladder, an area of preserved Atlantic Forest, where it is possible to take walks to get to know even more closely the typical and exuberant landscape of the mountains.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - No noise and loudspeakers after 9pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The value may vary from one daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any);
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited;
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - No pets allowed;
- - Smoking only in external areas;
- - Children allowed;
- - We provide bed linen and bath towels;
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges
