The Home
Ready to satisfy all standards, our house is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the enviable natural beauty of Ilhabela and, on top of that, enjoy all the culture that the island brings without giving up comfort.
With an area of 300m², our house can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people, ideal for enjoying a good trip with your family. There are, in total, four suites, all with television, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It is worth mentioning that two of the bedrooms have a sea view, while the other two have beautiful mountain views.
We also have a large and airy dining room with a table for eight people. The large windows in the room make the natural light very privileged. We also have a living room with TV, sofa and ceiling fan, a toilet and a kitchen prepared to meet all your needs during your stay.

Located in the Ribeirão neighborhood, our house allows the guest to choose which beach to enjoy, as we are between Praia Grande and Praia do Curral, which are known for their calm sea and great infrastructure, perfect for enjoying the day with the family.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. Children allowed
- 5. No pets allowed
- 6. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
- 7. You will see in the house rules that we normally do not provide bed linen and bath towels, but we do provide them for Homes & Villas by Marriott guests.
- 8. Due to the size and complexity of the house, it is necessary to hire a part-time housekeeper to keep the house in order.
- 9. A security deposit of R$ 2.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 10. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
