Here is the right place to relax and enjoy the best moments of leisure and peace, whether enjoying the contact with nature and the beach or having a barbecue in our outdoor gourmet area. Take advantage of this opportunity and come have a cozy experience in this place that for a long time was our refuge and which is now open to new friends.
Our house is very spacious inside and out, sleeps up to 15 people in beds, and is located on a residential cul-de-sac with little traffic.
Outside we have parking for up to 4 vehicles and a good leisure area with a tree-lined backyard, space to relax in hammocks, barbecue and shower to cool off. This house is definitely a space that always brings together the best moments...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport)
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from a daily rate or according to condominium rules (if any).
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. We accept small pets, on request.
- 5. Smoking only in outdoor areas
- 6. Children allowed
- 7. Bed and bath linen included in the daily rate
- 8. Space for 4 cars.
- 9. A security deposit of R$ 1.000,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 10. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
