This darling home is just what you have been looking for in a vacation property. Just a short stroll to the Bridge of Lions and you are literally a quick walk to historic downtown. An island property, you are only one mile from our beautiful state park beach.
Blue Haven is comfortable and charming. It has a wonderful spacious yard and a very tropical back porch for lounging and catching the breezes that flow between ocean and Intracoastal. You will love the hot tub to soak in after long days of playing at the beach and walking downtown as you explore the shops and fabulous restaurants. Just steps away, take a stroll down Anastasia Blvd and check out all the unique stores and variety of restaurants available to you, so very close by. For the health enthusiast, you can check out Creative Kitchen and Juicy for healthy options like smoothies and juices and full on meals at Creative Kitchen.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
