The Home
Located on the beach in a condominium in Canto do Moreira in Maresias, our main house and its annex can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
Our main house is an old fisherman’s house. The property has a more rustic feel, but is still very refined, from the decoration to the finishes. It was recently renovated to give all the comfort our guests deserve.
This house can accommodate groups of up to eight people in 3 bedrooms: a suite with a king bed, a room with a queen bed and a room with two bunk beds. All with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The room is super airy and cozy. It has a sofa, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as a dining table for six. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils needed for your stay.
We have cable TV service (Sky) and WI-FI throughout the residence. It is a very pleasant place for those looking to do a home office on the beach.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- 2. No noise and loudspeaker after 9pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules (if any)
- 3. Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
- 4. Children allowed
- 5. No pets allowed.
- 6. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
- 7. Space for 5 cars
- 8. A security deposit of R$ 3.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- 9. Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
- 10. Visits are not allowed.
