Great country house with private pool on the outskirts of Porto Cristo, very close to Cala Magrana, Cala Anguila and Cala Mandia. It has capacity for 6 guests.
Outside the property, the refreshing saltwater pool stands out, measuring 8 x 4 meters and having a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 meters. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. Several porches and terraces invite you to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. With the barbecue you can taste delicious grilled meat and vegetables. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cosy style. The large dining room is equipped with sat TV, AC with heating pump, comfy sofas and armchairs and a large table for 6 people. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
