Located in a rural atmosphere but just a few steps away from the village, this is the perfect house to spend some relaxing days. The great chlorine pool, with a water depth from 1 to 1.8 metres and no less than 10 x 5 metres in size, invites you to have fun and cool down with a good dip. A beautiful lawn surrounds the pool where you can spread your towel and bask in the sun with a good reading while the family little ones play and run. In front of the house porch -which is ideal to enjoy a delicious barbecue or evening alfresco- you find a sun deck with loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
