Dreams & Streams is all about guests’ comfort and entertainment no matter where they are located. Find a firepit and plenty of seating by the river - gather there with your loved ones and listen to the river running through the forest as you roast S’mores. There is also an expansive deck with a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues and two outdoor dining areas seating four people each. The first floor of this family-friendly escapade hosts a spacious game room with a dartboard, cards and poker chips, two cornholes, a card table for four people, a Ping-Pong table, board games, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
