This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath privately owned vacation home at the Grand Caribbean West Resort on the first floor with beach access. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 6 people, including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, wireless internet and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, television and DVD player. There are fun bunk beds built into the hall that will comfortably sleep 2 children. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a washer and dryer as well. From the private patio, guests may enjoy a lovely view overlooking the resort pool. A refreshing walk on the beach is a short walk away via the resort’s deeded beach access. Guests may also use Public Beach Access 1 which is steps away from Grand Caribbean West.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
