Beachaven will allow you to escape from your day-to-day and come to the perfect little haven away from home. This home is perfectly located as it’s a quick walk to the beach located just 55 steps from the beach and one block north of downtown Manzanita. You will find that the exposed wood beams in the ceiling and the wood stove warm up this roomy home. The kitchen is open to the living area where you can sit and watch the game on the TV or pop in a movie and sit down with a bag of popcorn. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a memory foam mattress and a sliding door that leads out onto a private deck with a view of the beautiful Manzanita beach. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
