The Home
Our house was built with great care and affection so that our guests can enjoy the best of both worlds in Campos. Located 5 km from Capivari, the gastronomic and tourist center of the city, we managed to please both those looking for the hustle of the center and those who are running away from it.
We can accommodate, with maximum comfort, groups of up to 12 people. In total, there are five rooms divided into the two floors of the house. We also offer five private parking spaces.
On the first floor we have three bedrooms which are served by two bathrooms. In addition to a dining room with an eight-seater table, a full kitchen, laundry room with a bathroom and a living room with sofas and fireplace, to enjoy the coldest days in style. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will incur a fine. The value may vary from one day.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Visitors are not allowed.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in the outside areas.
- - No child protection screens.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before making your reservation. This can influence the final value.
