Destino is a modern apartment, located in Missiria area on the outskirts of Rethymno town. It is decorated with sophistication and elegance and is equipped with all modern facilities and appliances. The apartment has a large living area with sofas, a huge Satellite tv set, a dining table and is full of light. In the same area, there is a modern open-plan modern kitchen fully equipped with all-electric appliances. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds that can be attached if needed, and also a common bathroom with a shower and WC. Twi more guests can be accommodated in the living room while the large sofa can be turned into a double bed. All areas are air-conditioned and covered with a fast internet WiFi connection. The apartment has sea and pool views. There is a huge 100sq.m. private swimming pool and outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and a BBQ. There is also a 3x2 m kids pool, attached to the main one. The plot is fully enclosed and has many private parking spaces. The owners of the property are living on-site and they are always discreetly at your disposal in case something is needed. Missiria area is 1.5 km from the sandy beach, within walking distance to supermarkets and various taverns and all possible amenities, and is just 2km from the center of Rethymno town where all possible tourist attractions can be found.
