Just 1 hour from São Paulo and overlooking Pedra Grande, the famous postcard of Atibaia, our space is the ideal place for those looking for an escape from the chaos of the city. Surrounded by greenery and pure air, we can offer direct contact with nature and one of the most beautiful sunsets.
Our farm consists of two neighboring houses that together have ten suites and accommodate up to 21 guests in maximum comfort. In the house that has 4 suites, all rooms have air conditioning, in the house that contains 6 suites, all rooms have portable fans.
Both houses have a living room with armchairs and sofas, are super airy and have privileged natural lighting. Both houses also have a dining room with table and an open space kitchen complete with all utensils.
The outdoor area of one of the houses has a new infinity pool, wood-fired pizza oven, Argentine grill and hanging rocking chairs, all surrounded by lots...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After formalizing the reservation, a season rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send valid document with photo (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport);
- - No noise and sound box after 22h. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary from one night.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - Smoking only in the outdoor areas.
- - Check-in can be done until 18:00.
- - It is mandatory to hire our diarist to assist in the organization of the house throughout the stay (values apart).
- - A security deposit of R$ 2,500.00 is tied to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final amount.
