This beautiful apartment is located in one of the best areas in the center of Marbella, right on the main avenue, a step away from the promenade and the beach.
It is a very bright apartment, recently renovated and decorated in detail. It has a living room with integrated kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room has a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV. From this area we can access a large private terrace.
The terrace is one of the most pleasant parts of the house, facing East and equipped with a dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy the wonderful weather that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year.
In addition, the building has a community pool and garden area where you can sunbathe. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th from 12 pm to 8 pm

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
