Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable. Bicycles: Starting from $15 to $35 (rates may vary depending on availability and the supplier). Supermarket purchases are USD $50 per trip. Babysitter, in-villa massages, tee times, excursions and various activities can be arranged by your concierge. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply. Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
