Mountain living at it’s finest! This stunning five bedroom home has it all - a huge living room with vaulted ceilings, cozy couches and a flat screen TV, a large kitchen stocked with all cooking supplies needed to prepare a great meal and an awesome game room downstairs complete with another TV, along with a ping-pong table and Foosball table.
On the main level you will find the spacious master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, across the hall from each other. The first bedroom on this level has a king bed and the second also has a king bed and two built-in twin size beds. Each of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. Head downstairs to enjoy a space designed for friends and family to gather for a movie, sports game or fun game night on either the custom wood ping-pong table or Foosball table. Also downstairs are two more bedrooms, one of which has built-in bunk beds consisting of three twins and one queen. The other bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled shower.
The outside grounds are just as great as the inside of this home. There is a fire pit for guests to use (firewood wood available for purchase), plenty of parking (enough for 6 vehicles) as well as seasonal mountains views! Plus, this property offers tons of privacy so you can escape the noise of your busy lifestyle. If you are ready to head to town for a fun filled day, Banner Elk is just a 13-15 minute drive and Boone is a 20 minute drive! Perfect location to all main High Country attractions! Get ready to experience luxurious accommodations offered at Signature Ridge Lodge. This one will have you coming back for years to come!
Additional Important Notes:
-Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
-The garage is not for guest use.
- Please note that this homeowner uses 3 outdoor cameras to monitor their home and ensure it remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home. 1 is on the lower part of the house next to the garage door facing the driveway. #2 is on the front porch facing the front door and driveway area. #3 is on the back porch facing the Firepit and driveway.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
