Located a few minutes from the tourist center of Capivari, Casa Switzerland is the ideal place for those who want to spend peaceful days with their family in Campos do Jordão.
With 400m2, our house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. There is also a gourmet space with a barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove and, in the garden, an area with benches overlooking the mountains.
The entire house has high walls and has a 24-hour security and monitoring system.
There is a resident caretaker at the back of the property and she is allowed to enter the house daily to remove rubbish from the bathrooms and kitchen. If you wish to hire additional housekeeping services, such as: cleaning and cooking, please align with our team before arrival, as these services must be contracted in advance (prices aside).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- - Both in the house and in the gourmet area, noise and speakers are prohibited after 10pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - We offer blankets and blankets. Guests are required to bring bath towels and bed linen.
- - Pets prohibited.
- - Smoking is only permitted in external areas.
- - The use of hookahs is not permitted.
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - There are stairs in the house, therefore it is not recommended for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
- - One of the bedrooms on the top floor is for the private use of the owners. The room will be locked and must not be accessed.
- - There is a caretaker living at the back of the property and she is authorized to enter the house daily to remove rubbish from the bathrooms and kitchen. If you wish to hire additional cleaning and tidying services, please contact our team before arrival, as these services must be booked in advance (prices separately).
- - The owner has 2 dogs (one large and the other medium-sized) in the house, which are looked after by the housekeeper. When the house is rented, the dogs are kept in the laundry room next to the housekeeper's house. They are docile, but eventually need to be released to do their business. The housekeeper agrees with the guest when to release them, so that there is no inconvenience.
- - The house has some external cameras for wall security control. The camera positioned in the gourmet area does not work and we do not have any cameras in intimate areas of the house.
- - A security deposit of R$ 1,500.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your reservation, this may influence the final price.
